Meaning can be found in life literally up to the last moment, up to the last breath, in the face of death.

What are psychedelics?

Over the last decade, significant research has supported that certain psychedelic substances can help relieve anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and fear surrounding a terminal diagnosis. The use of psychedelic medicines such as psilocybin, MDMA, and ketamine have also been used to facilitate mental wellness, therapeutic breakthroughs, and personal and spiritual insights. Though most psychedelics are still regulated substances, the legal and medical landscape is changing quickly, and more treatment options are starting to become available to the general public.

How does Psychedelic Coaching work?

Psychedelic coaching begins with an initial consultation to establish rapport, understand your goals, and assess your readiness for a psychedelic experience. In subsequent sessions, we would work together to prepare for the psychedelic experience. Preparation is a key aspect, as it involves education about the substance, setting intentions, and creating a supportive container for the experience.

The choice of psychedelic substance can vary based on individual preferences, goals, and the context of the sessions. Some individuals may opt for classic psychedelics like psilocybin or LSD, often administered with the guidance of a trained facilitator to enhance safety and provide support.

Integration is the phase after the psychedelic experience. It is crucial for making sense of insights gained during the journey and translating them into meaningful changes in one’s daily life. This can involve discussions, interpreting experiences, and the development of new habits or coping mechanisms. Integration is often an ongoing process, and support from a coach or therapist can be valuable in navigating the complexities of post-psychedelic experiences.

If you are interested in exploring psychedelic coaching, it is important to work with professionals who have appropriate training, adhere to ethical guidelines, and operate within the legal framework of your location. Additionally, if you are considering such experiences, you should be aware of the potential risks and benefits and approach them with a mindset of respect and responsibility.

We meet ourselves time and again in a thousand disguises on the path of life.
